Skywars update? 1.10 or 1.8

Will Skywars be 1.10? or stay 1.8? In my opinion 1.7 is the best but just tell me what it is sooner or later pls

If we ever have plans to update a PvP server, it'll have 1.8 PvP and support clients from 1.8-1.10 (for now.) Though, I don't recall any version update to Skywars being planned.
