Public Staff Applications

maybe the applications should be public so the higher staff can see for themselves if the community agrees with the applicant. Like a forums tab with a format to be submitted and viewable and anyone can express their opinions on it.

Staff applications have private information, not super invasive information but it's still stuff not everyone needs to know.

The issue with public applications is people will start copying the accepted ones. After awhile all of applications will become very similar, having them private forces you to use your own words rather than copying someone else.
