There's a build team, you'd have to apply.

I recommend building on the Creative server to start out. Just get a plot and try to display some of your best building techniques and abilities.

You're allowed to use as many plots as you want. It's not exactly an official application for joining the build team, but rather a chance to show us what you can do. Once you feel you've completed your build, just ask an online staff member to review it. Those are my tips, at least.
