Can't Spawn Pet

I can't spawn my pet wolf in Creative. I do the command correctly, but it says the command doesn't exist. I bought a pet wolf one day and it didn't work that day, too. Why can't I freaking spawn my pet wolf in Creative? It says I can spawn the pet on Creative, but I can't. I am thinking you guys ripped me off.

I believe, all the pets are going to be fixed in the up coming Cowcraft Version 2 update.
